My Mission
My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, and families. I draw on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, tailoring each to the person in front of me. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard and leave with practical tools: for a child working through anxiety, a family navigating a hard stretch, or an adult ready to make a change.
Are you an adult struggling with anxiety, depression, or navigating life’s transitions? Are you a parent seeking guidance to support your child or teenager through emotional or behavioral challenges? Or perhaps your young adult is feeling uncertain about their future and needs support in finding their path? No matter where you or your loved one are on your journey, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore these challenges and work toward meaningful growth and healing.
With professional expertise and effective therapeutic tools, I will guide you toward positive change. Together, we will explore new perspectives and develop healthier responses, laying the foundation for a brighter, more fulfilling future.
